Installation & Activation

How do I install and activate eSIM?
  1. Purchase an eSIM plan from our website
  2. Receive the QR code via email
  3. On your device, go to Settings → Mobile/Cellular → Add eSIM
  4. Scan the QR code provided in the email
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation
  6. Enable data roaming when you arrive at your destination
Can I install eSIM before traveling?
Yes! You can install the eSIM before your trip. However, we recommend activating it only when you arrive at your destination to avoid premature expiration of your data plan. The eSIM validity period starts from the moment of activation.
What should I do if I can't scan the QR code?
If you can't scan the QR code, you can manually enter the activation code:
  1. Go to Settings → Mobile/Cellular → Add eSIM
  2. Select "Enter Details Manually"
  3. Enter the SM-DP+ address and activation code from your email

Real Name Registration

Is real name registration required?
Yes, real name registration is required by local regulations in certain regions. Please complete the registration as instructed after installing the eSIM. Failure to complete real-name registration may result in the inability to activate the SIM card.
How do I complete real name registration?
Follow the instructions in the registration SMS or email sent to you after eSIM installation. You will typically need to provide a valid ID document (passport for international users) and complete facial verification if required.

Data Usage & Plans

How do I check my data usage?
You can check your data usage in your device settings under Mobile/Cellular Data. Some carriers also provide apps or USSD codes to check remaining data balance.
Can I top up my eSIM?
Some eSIM plans support top-ups while others are one-time use. Please check your specific plan details. If top-up is available, you can purchase additional data through our website.
What happens when my data runs out?
When your data runs out, your internet connection will stop working. You can purchase a new eSIM plan or top up if your plan supports it. We recommend monitoring your data usage to avoid unexpected disconnection.

Troubleshooting

No internet connection after installing eSIM?
  1. Ensure data roaming is enabled in your device settings
  2. Check that you've selected the eSIM for data usage
  3. Restart your device
  4. Verify you're in an area with network coverage
  5. Complete real-name registration if required
Can I transfer eSIM to another device?
No, once an eSIM is installed on a device, it cannot be transferred to another device. If you need to switch devices, you will need to purchase a new eSIM plan.
How do I delete an eSIM?
To delete an eSIM, go to Settings → Mobile/Cellular → Select the eSIM → Remove Mobile Plan. Please note that deleting an eSIM is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure you no longer need the eSIM before deleting it.
